Pay Your Rate is a community-based platform that connects people who need jobs done with local workers ready to help. It’s designed to give both sides flexibility and control — allowing customers to set their own budget and workers to choose opportunities that fit their skills and pay preferences.
Instead of fixed pricing, Pay Your Rate empowers the customer to decide what they can pay for a service. Workers then choose whether they want to accept the job based on that offer. This creates a fair, open, and transparent process that benefits everyone.
Whether it’s yard work, home repair, cleaning, deliveries, or other everyday jobs — Pay Your Rate makes it easy to match people with opportunities in their local area. It’s simple: Your Budget. Your Job. Their Opportunity.
Pay Your Rate is not associated with any workers for the work they do, nor is it responsible for the quality, reliability, or completion of the jobs arranged between users. All agreements and payments are made directly between the customer and the worker.

All individuals or entities performing work through the Pay Your Rate platform operate as independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Pay Your Rate.
2. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Nothing within the Pay Your Rate platform, its communications, or its agreements shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or partnership between Pay Your Rate and any worker or service provider. Workers are solely responsible for their business operations, equipment, tools, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Responsibility for Work Performed
Pay Your Rate does not supervise, manage, or control the work, methods, or conduct of any independent contractor using the platform. All service providers are fully and independently responsible for the quality, safety, and completion of the work they perform for customers.
4. No Warranties or Guarantees
Pay Your Rate makes no express or implied warranties or guarantees regarding the qualifications, reliability, or performance of any worker or contractor using the platform. Customers are encouraged to exercise due diligence before hiring any service provider, including verifying credentials, references, and insurance coverage.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pay Your Rate shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from or related to services rendered by independent contractors. Any claims or disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider involved.
6. Acknowledgment
By using the Pay Your Rate platform, both customers and contractors acknowledge and agree that Pay Your Rate is solely a third-party facilitator and does not employ, endorse, or assume liability for any worker or service provider.
